ATTICO D’ARTE – Loft Apartment in Venice

Located in the heart of the historic Castello district, just a few steps from the Biennale, is Carine Hayoz’s Attika Apartment. This is where she lives and works during her stays in Venice. When she is not there, she opens the apartment to friends, family, and select guests.

This bright third-floor apartment spans approximately 60 square meters. The open-concept living area with kitchen is flooded with natural light, while the sleeping area in the attic is quiet and cozy. Two bathrooms ensure comfort.

The centerpiece is the private Altana—the rooftop terrace offering sweeping views over the rooftops of Venice all the way to St. Mark’s Basin. A place to enjoy breakfast in the morning light or long evenings overlooking the lagoon.
